Friday Open Runs
Players get access to a structured open run environment where they can scrimmage, test their skills in live play, and work on their game at their own pace. Coaches are present to guide, correct, and keep gameplay competitive while fostering creativity and confidence.
Saturday Skills Training
Focused training led by our coaching staff, covering fundamentals and advanced techniques. Sessions emphasize ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, defense, and basketball IQ. Each workout is designed to improve both individual ability and decision-making in real-game situations.
Sunday Shooting
Structured group shooting exercises led by our coaching staff, who emphasize proper shooting mechanics and high-volume repetitions. This simulated in-game shooting experience builds individual confidence around one of the most important skills in today's game.
